A Great Cookbook

I bought this book for a friend's birthday--she visited Uncle Bubba's Oyster House in Georgia earlier this year and raved about the food and she actually got her picture taken with Mr. Hiers while there. Since she's a great cook herself, I thought she'd enjoy trying some of these recipes. I looked at the book afterit arrived and I found a lot of recipes I'd like to try! Love the mixture of good recipes and stories. Very well done. I know she's going to enjoy trying these recipes.

Just love to cook

Love to cook all types of food. I have a large collection of cookbooks with several seafood cookbooks . After finding Uncle Bubba's Frog leg recipe I knew this would be a favorite to use. Family is now waiting for a low country boil.
