The peeler was given to a little boy who tries to help us in the church kitchen. I took a potato to church the day the peeler arrived and held his small hands to help him get the feel of gliding the peeler over the potato and he did just great!! The peeler performed beautifully! Easier to use than my old peeler

Swivel peeler makes peeling vegetables much quicker. Stainless steel is easy to wash and keep from rusting, like the old fashion peelers. I love it, and am happy to own this new swivel peeler.
Since I peel many lemons to make thin strips to candy lemon rind it does
a great job. Also use it to make chocolate curls. Made candied carrot
strips and it like having a hand held mandolin. highly recommend
