Better than your "old" glasses by a mile!

I bought these after reading a review comparing wine in a jelly jar, a "regular" wine glass, and a good wine glass. Even if (or maybe especially if) you drink modestly priced wines, these glasses enhance the flavors and overall experience. When you consider the "pay 6 get 8" promotion, and the fact that they make a $8 cabernet taste like twice the price, they are a value.

excellent value and excellent quality

These glasses not only look great but they are of great quality for the price point. When drinking a fine wine or an everyday affair they give the wine its best chance to show itself in appearance, nose and taste. I like that these glasses do not have a long stem, they are better for everyday use and for larger crowds. I used them for a blind wine tasting, I was very glad I had them.

Riedel Ouverture Magnum have been my everyday wine glass for years. IMO there is not a better all round wine glass on the planet for the money. The eight-pack from cooking.com is a great deal.
