Savannah on My Mind

My daughter gave me the first bag of Savannah Seduction (along w/ Captain Michael's decaf) following a trip to Savannah. My husband and I were immediatey hooked on the subtle, but oh-so-delicious flavor! It brews perfectly and has no bitter aftertaste. I have since given this coffee as gifts to friends and have ordered more for us. I can close my eyes while enjoying a cuppa and almost believe I'm back in sultry Savannah. It's a must-try!

Although I love the coffee and all of the products I purchase from Paula Deen Store...I paid for the gift wrap and was very disappointed!! It was very loosely wrapped, no bow and the paper color was blue. These items were ordered for Mother's day. Definitely not the usual quality I have come to expect from your company.

The flavor and taste of the Savannah Seduction coffee is great. This order; however, had been packaged very poorly. I had 2-3 tablespoons of coffee grounds spill out of the box all over my floor when I opened the box and on one of the packages the metal clip that is suppose to keep product sealed after use was not even attached and was laying in the box with dried glue on it. I did contact Paula Deen customer service and let them know of my incident and they were great and contacted me back right away to say they would be replacing the coffee which is excellent customer service so you get an A+ for product and customer service; however, I would say packaging failed on this particular order. I've not had any problems like this with previous orders and that was why I contacted customer service when I opened this package. Thank you.

I fell in love with the Savannah Seduction. I was recently on vacation this summer in Savannah and I had a chance to go to the Paula Deen store, where I purchased 4 Bags of the Savannah Seduction coffee. It's wonderful, I shared it with my sister and my best friend and they really enjoyed it too. Thanks Paula,
