This is not your ordinary 9x13 baking dish. It makes the move from oven to table as a beautiful serving piece, but it also cooks evenly and is deep enough for any possible casserole. I've used it for lasagna with no spillover, for roasting meats and vegetables. I haven't yet used it for baking a cake but I'm sure it will work just as well. I'm going to order others in this collection, definitely!

Lasagna never looked so good

The first dish I made in this was a baked penna chicken rustica. What was amazing was that 30 minutes on the table and the pasta was still steaming hot! ONe of my pet peeves is cold food that should be hot. This baker is amazing. Beautiful and cleans up easily even with baked on melted mozzerella.

Please check on the whereabouts of this item....It was ordered two weeks before Xmas. My review at this point is not what you would call a good or satisfactory experience. It was to be a gift.

Green Rectangular Baker

I was very pleased on how it looked and the weight was a lot lighter than I was expecting. I have some stoneware which is very heavy so I was pleasantly surprised how light this item was. I made lasgna in this baker and it turned out very well and it looked great in it.
