I must say I was quite impressed by the quality of these knives for the price. I think though, you should've informed people that Paula Dean's initials were on them. I'd buy them again though, in a second.

I love the new knife set! I've only used one of them (the middle one just seems easiest to use for everything), but it cuts just like it should. Although some people wouldn't care whose signature was on it.. I like having a name like "Paula Dean" on my stuff. She's a cook to aspire to.
