I LOVE SWEETS! But, I'm very particular and don't much care for store bought sweets - to include most bakeries! Now, for those of you looking for a coconut cake that tastes like homemade. STOP HERE - GO NO FURTHER! This cake tastes better than some that I had that were homemade!

This cake was so rich and moist, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!
I gave some to my mother and sister and they LOVED it. (My sister doesn't even usually like coconut.)
Super cake, Paula! May I have the recipe:) It was delivered in geat shape too..just like from a bakery.

I purchased this cake for my mother's birthday, and it was definitely a hit! The cake was packaged well, shipped quickly, and tasted great! The cake was so moist, and the frosting wasn't dry at all. The cake had so much flavor, and even our non-coconut-eaters liked the cake - now that's something! I would definitely recommend this cake to others, and I would not hesitate to purchase it again.
