Actually, it is the only 10 inch pie pan I have found in stores or in catalogues. Comes with a plastic cover. At reasonable price.

I love the covered pans. They are great for transporting my pies and/or keeping them covered here at home. The lids are high and easily cover meringue pies.

Why didn't Nordic Ware make this sooner? This pie pan w/lid is a great value. Not only is the pan larger than normal, it's heavy & makes a great pie dough. With the lid it just makes good sense to purchase one. Carrying your pie from here to there has just been made easy by Nordic Ware!
