Excellent pressure cooker because it does not hiss or make frightening noises. It has many safety features. It needs to be watched closely to adjust the pressure which is only a minor detriment because it cooks so quickly.

I had a Kuhn Rikon skillet pressure cooker already and just love to cook with it. I needed a larger pressure cooker , so I knew that I would love another Kuhn Rikon . It is so very easy to use. I am 73 years old, and don't need any hard to use cooker. Would not buy any other brand.

Excellent pressure cooker! Very quiet, definitely worth the $$$. So much better than other pressure cookers that I have owned. I love the stainless steel interior, it cleans up beautifully. I'm considering buying a 12 quart.

I absolutely love my pressure cooker. This is my first experience using one and I don't know how I lived without it! I eat a lot of whole grains and beans and I find this really saves me time.
I've also cooked chicken in the cooker and the chicken comes out so tender. I'm excited to keep trying different recipes with it.
