Excellent pan
I am quite pleased with this pan and should have replaced my old ones years ago. I bought two. A few months ago I replaced my loaf pans with some made by the same manufacturer, and they're all excellent. Paperwork that came with the pan specified not using cooking spray, which felt funny the first time because I was so accustomed to using it to keep things from sticking. However, it truly isn't needed -- food slides right out. These should last for years and I find them very well priced.

I bake alot, hence my name, and I do make various types of brownies. I use a 13x9x2 inch pan to make large batches. I was not happy with the pan I was using and decided to buy a new one. I made a batch of Dark Chocolate brownies this morning and they baked up beautifully in this pan. I also did a taste test and I was very happy with the results. I was glad I chose to buy 2 of them. I can now make one to share and have a spare for later.
