Our angel food cake pan has a removable bottom to help you remove the cake from the pan easily. The high tube in the center of the pan conducts heat to the center of the batter, an area which otherwise might be undercooked when the outside of the cake begins to brown. This makes it ideal for a fast-cooking angel food cake or for cakes with heavy batter such as a pound cake.

I would highly recommend this cake pan to anyone who does a lot of baking . The use of the pan when removing the cake from the pan simply beautiful it came out real easy and the handles made it a plus for me when taking it out of the oven . I would give this 4 stars. R.B.

The only problem we had with this cake pan was
that the cake came out with darker sides and a darker bottom than we are used to having. We decided that we either have to line the pan with wax paper or adjust the oven temperature. The cake was great and tasted the same as always.

Great Selection

This was my first tube pan. One of my friends who bake all the time raved about my Farberware pan. I actually purchased her one. My cake cooked evenly and did not stick to the pan. I would highly recommend this item.
