Great for one pot meals

This pan is awesome for our "one pot meals" cookbook recipes. It went in the oven fine, cleaned up fine, and we're enjoying it just fine. Oh, and whatever you do, don't wash these in the dishwasher. I didn't heed that warning on my first set and it degraded the pans. These are such nice pans we're taking the time to hand wash and dry them every time!
