Great little pan

This is a great little pan. It' s so pretty and heats evenly and I love being able to see through the lid to monitor the cooking. The handles are the most comfortable I've found of the modern handles, though you still can't beat Revereware handles for comfort.

high end pricy

decent product - I started years ago with a Revereware stainless steel set, and replaced it, multiple times, with non-stick finish sets. The last set I bought was a Calphalon non-stick set. But even that finish started to wear, so I decided to return to the basic stainless steel. I had previously replaced one item already, so this one was as expected. I was replacing the 2.5 qt pan-only negative was that this pan was deeper and narrower. I liked the other pan that was the same size, but shallower and wider. I made this purchase because it was offered at a sale price, but still feel it was a bit pricy for one pot.
