Easy to order, competitive price, and shipped quickly. However, two pieces had to be returned due to defects. One of the sauce pans had a bad finish inside and one of the large class lids had a dent in the rim. I called Calphalon and they shipped the new pieces within days and I returned the damaged ones. Overall, a good experience but with the defects I felt like I was getting seconds. We enjoy cooking with Calphalon and it looks great in our new kitchen.

For me, as a non-professional, still-learning cook I didn't want/need to purchase a top of the line set, so I thought I'd give these a try. They are exactly what I wanted. I immediately tossed my old cheap nonstick set! The Calphalon nonstick finish is fantastic & they are very easy to clean. I'm very happy & excited about all the things I want to cook now that I have a proper set of high quality pans!
