I'm very pleased with this kettle. I had to get a new one because I actually melted the rubber part that covered the spout of my old whistling kettle (poor design!). Anyway, I chose this one specifically because there is no rubber anywhere besides the handle which doesn't get hot during heating. It does not whistle, but it's a good size kettle, it works well and looks very cute in my kitchen.

The lovely red tea kettle
I kept looking at it and loving it because it is almost Victorian in design, but I hesitated to order it because of the cost plus the high cost of shipping it. So I continued looking at red tea kettles both online and in stores and there are a gazillion of them. Nothing comes close.
I ordered it and waited quite a long time to receive it, almost 2 weeks. But I was not disappointed and I smile everytime I see it perched on the stove.
I would order it again without hesitation.

Love our new tea kettle
We had to replace our quite old Calphalon tea kettle because it was pitted at the bottom, and decided to try something different this time. We liked the look of the Bonjour kettle and we are pleased with it after using it for a week. Looks pretty on the stove and happy with the way it fills and pours.

Great for coffee kettle
I use a manual drip coffee system, and this kettle pours slowly and smoothly for the entire pour. Easy to fill with water, even though the handle does not move, which is good. It won't fall halfway through boiling and damage the rubber handle, which doesn't get hot and I can grab with bare hands. No kettle whistle though, so I have to watch for steam to determine boiling though. Not a deal big to me.
