PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
From Anolon's Advanced line, this 1.5-qt. sauce pan is ideal for heating small amounts of sauce or soup, making a hollandaise sauce, steaming a small batch of vegetables, boiling eggs or warming leftovers. It features a nonstick surface, which ensures that food will slide out easily and cleanup will be a cinch. Made from heavy gauge hard-anodized aluminum, the sauce pan offers quick and even heat distribution as well as long-lasting durability. Its handle is made from a combination of 18/10 stainless steel and silicone rubber and riveted to the sides for maximum strength; its cool-grip feature makes it easy to handle on the stovetop. The dome-shaped lid is made from tempered glass and secures tightly to the pan to lock in all the flavors and moisture when you're cooking. Both the pan and the lid is oven-safe up to 375F. Handwash with mild dish soap.

Great pan for small jobs

This is a great little saucepan for cooking sauces or warming small portions. I use it nearly every day. The handles on the pan and on the lid stay completely cool.Also, the pan cleans up super fast.
