Beautiful Cutting Board!

I was looking for a substantial cutting board that was nice enough to leave on the top of my counter, and this is definitely the one! I was prepared to spend a lot more on one, but after reading the consumer reviews, I was sold on this one. I use it more than once daily, and it looks like the day I got it. Don't delay in ordering it, because it takes a while to get it as it comes directly from the manufacturer.

Wonderful cutting board!

Bamboo is a great alternative to the usual wood cutting board. I love the size, but had to attach small rubber stoppers, so that it would not slide on counter. It also took a while for the board to arrive in the mail.

Simply Beautiful

We bought two of these, one as a gift for our son and one for ourselves. We wound up giving the second to our daughter because she loved it so much, and plan to get yet another for ourselves. It does not have feet, so it may not rest perfectly flat on a counter, but it is a work of art as much as a practical cutting board. See Cook's Illustrated for their good review about its durability.

Low maintenance wooden cutting board

This is an excellent wooden cutting board that doesn't dry out easily. It has a very hard cutting surface,but doesn't dull one's knives. I would prefer it to be somewhat thicker and heavier so as not to slide around a little on the countertop (I have granite) when cutting upon. Otherwise, it's great!

Perfect size

This cutting board is great. It is the perfect size for chopping or cutting. Unlike other wooden boards it does not show cut marks and yet preserves the cutting edge of your knife. I love this board.

I've had this for several weeks and it seems to work nicely. I like the large cutting surface. Clean up is easy. It's handwash and dry immediately. I haven't used a wooden board in the past, but the surface is easy to cut on and doesn't dull my knives.

Cooks Illustrated was right!

I bought this cutting board because it was rated highest by Cooks Illustrated. It doesn't seem to absorb any odors so far and it doesn't dull my knives. I gave this as a gift and she loved it just as much as I did. Highly recommend it.

This is a very attractive and well-made cutting board. It needs a little tlc to keep it looking good, so buy a bottle of mineral oil and use it once a week or so. Also, you may want to put a damp towel on the counter and then place the cutting board on top, to keep it from moving. This thing is not that heavy.

This board is fantastic and has it all. Perfect size, reat looks, comfortable cutting and easy cleaning and maintenance. The only drawback is the rounded shape does not let it be easily stored as it tends to roll around a bit.

The Perfect Cutting Board

Chopping vegetables on this board is a dream. Knives don't get dulled, and you don't have to contend with the slashes you get with wood or plastic boards. It is gorgeous, and looks great sitting on the kitchen counter. It is relatively lightweight, too, so is easy to pick up and clean. I bought this after reading the review in Cooks Illustrated, and I agree with their assessment 100%.

This seems like a good board but I returned it because I didn't like the busy parquet pattern or the fact that it doesn't stand up straight due to the curved edges. I like plain, angular things.
