This spoon rest was NOT 8" long it is 7-1/4 inches long. It is not as heavy as I thought it would be. Easy to slide around..For the price I think it should have been heavier. Very disappointed

Was very disappointed in this product!! I have ordered from Paula before and had no problem with the item. This seems very cheaply made. It looked like the handle on it was bent up where it didnt even sit even. I would have sent this back but have lost my shipping bill.
Would not recommend to anyone. Very Very disappointed in this product Paula!!!!!!!!!

I liked the fact that the spoon was pewter, as I also have pewter measuring spoons. It is useful and will not break or chip as most spoon holders do.
