Damaged merchandise.

I ordered 2 cuttings boards and when I received the package one of the boards had a visibly noticable crack on both sides of the back leg. I contacted customer service and received an e-mail back almost immediately to ship it back and another would be send to me. I then inquired why it would be my responsibility to pay return shipping charges because in my opinion the product was an oversight of quality control. My request was honored and a return e-mail informed me to dispose of the damaged product and a new one is being sent. I APPRECIATE the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will definitely happily shop with you again and again and again. Thank you from a very satisfied customer. I enjoy Food Network and your products.

Love the board's shape and size. Didn't like how two boards were shipped in one box. The edges of one board was damaged to to improper packing materials in the box.

thickness. It's a good buy. Would have liked
a more defined,curly,cut-out tail to make it look more authentic.
