When I was a child my Dad took out to dinner occasionally. Our Fav. Rest. was at Susie's. She made an excellent tossed salad.Dressing was excellent. I found the answer to making it. Abt. 2-1/2 cups Real Mayonnaise. Add 1 Tbsp. Paula Deen's House Seasoning. Mix well. Cut wet veggies, add 1 Tbsp of Dressing to wet veggies and mix well. Let them get happy together a bit, then add lettece. I like Rommaine. OUT OF THIS WORLD. I now have a salad just about every night. So, Yes, I LOVE THE HOUSE SEASONING. Paula, thanks for creating it. I wa disppointed when I got my packages of house seasoning. It had "Smithfield" written on the package. What a disappointment. I tried it and it does not taste like the little plastic containers of house seasoning I purchased in the past. I feel like this is a product that Paula Deen is endorsing for Smithfield. We don't like Smithfield meats either. We tried the spiral ham and it doesn not compare to the cheaper brands at Wal-Mart & Kroger. I love Paula Deen and have watched her show for years. I have told my friends about her house seasoning...We grilled chicken and my husband seasoned it with the House Seasoining we purchased and it didn't compare to what we have had in th past.

I purchased this last year as a Christmas gift. I divided it between foodies in the family in decorative containers. This year it was a requested repeat, especially from our tailgater in the family.

My family loves Paula Dean House Seasoning! Deviled eggs, vegetables, mashed potatoes, potato salad, cabbage slaw, chopped salad, chicken, fish, and it would probably be good on red meat also (we don't eat red meat)! This Thanksgiving I made riced potatoes and celery root with gruyere cheese on top. I used Paula Dean House Seasoning instead of Salt and Pepper! Everyone loved it! I bought 5 pounds of tis seasoning--to share with my sisters and kids! I hope I have some left!

I use the product on almost everything, I love it.
