Fresh bread doesn't get any fresher or easier than this! Cuisinart offers expert engineering with a bread machine that adjusts the speed and timing, circulating air while baking for breads that are bakery-style fresh. With this bread machine, you get a choice of 16 preprogrammed menu options, a choice of three crust colors and three loaf sizes. Best of all, choose from over 100 bread, dough and pizza dough, sweet cakes and jams. For those who are health conscious, the Cuisinart bread machine lets you select Low Carb and Gluten-Free with preset menu options and recipes - a Cuisinart exclusive! Another special menu option is the Artisan Dough that takes basic bread dough through several long, slow cool rises for chewier textures and rustic crusts. Other features include a convection fan that circulates air for superior crust color and texture and an audible tone that indicates when it's time to add fruit, nuts or other mix-ins. A second tone offers the option of removing the paddle before baking or removing unbaked dough to shape by hand. This is my third Bread Machine and it is the best of 3 different brand names. I make all my breads and love making that special bread you can't buy in a store. To wake up with the smell of hot bread baking and coffee brewing will make you enjoy getting up in the morning.

This is not the most beautiful appliance you'll ever own, kind of a retro look, but you'll love the bread it puts out. We have had a bread machine for ten years, but when this machine made a loaf we ate the whole thing in one mass munch-out. The insides were moist, but not too moist. The outsides were chewy and just crisp enough. The mixing paddle had been removed so there wasn't the big hole in the bottom of the loaf. And, another good thing, the pan is immersible. All in all a pleasure to use and fairly easy to operate.

This is my 4th bread machine and is the best! I've made 4 loaves so far and all 4 have come out perfect! I've also made pizza crust and it was a big hit with our guests. There's so many options to choose to get your bread exactly the way you like it. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good bread machine!

According to the features, this looks to be a good product, but I have returned two of them. The first one I got, the crust was really hard, and it made a lot of noise. The new one was worse than the first one. I just don’t understand how two bread makers from Cuisinart, of all brands, were defective. The second one I got made a racket when it was baking as the “convection fan” sounded like it was rubbing against something. The kneading was also loud, but I think that is by design not defect. The loaf came out not mixed well (there was still flower in the corners) and the crust was hard as a rock. Major bummer.

I love the way this breadmaker makes a horizontal loaf. I also like how you can take the kneading paddle out so there is not a large hole in the bottom of the bread. I would recommend this machine to anyone who loves making homemade bread.
