Even baking and browning, non stick, cleans well

Great piece of cookware
I tried to use a stone to get a crisp crust on my French an Italian breads, but this nonstick baggett pan gave me what I was looking for. It also kept loose dough from flattening out so the loves were more rounded. There was no sticking at all and the browning was even all around

Great for the home baker
This product allows for the all-over browning and cripy crust that is so important to the bread chef. I highly recommend it!

The bread easily releases from this pan but I think it is overpriced.

I have two of these and bake sourdough twice a week. One of my breads contains dried cranberries and the berries would stick to the pan. For that bread I now line the pan with parchment before laying the dough on it. Works great!

I really like this bread pan. The french bread comes out real crispy and smells great all my people are standing around with knife and butter in hand waiting for it to come out of the oven.

this french bread pan cooks the bread very nice and brown and it never sticks you dont need anything on it and it the loaves come out looking professional and clean up is a snap love this pan

unique design to make french bread
The pan was a gift for our daughter who knew such a thing existed but had no idea where to find it. We went to several stores but could not find it. Fortunately I found it at cooking.com. She has used it several times now and is delighted with it.

French Bread Pan
This is the best bread pan I have. It browns the loaf on all sides. My first loaf I tried in this pan was dark German rye. The texture was like a bakery shop. This pan was worth the money.

Great Pan
I love this pan! I make homemade bread and the other pans just didn't give me the beautiful crust this one does. I don't really wash it I just wipe it out and use it again. Have never had a problem with it sticking. This is my second one I like to make 4 loaves at a time.

Second one of the perforated bread pans we have purchased. First one was the smaller size. This one will let us opt for a larger size loaf. Great results. Don't have to worry about the shape of the loaves.

Love the bread pan!
I bought this bread pan for my mom and she loves it! The bread comes out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Already own the smaller one. This one bakes bigger loaves. Just like that kind of crisp bread, which is hard to bake in regular baking forms.
