To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Currently PaulaDeenStore.com only allows you to ship items to one address. If you need to ship items to different addresses, please place a separate order(s).
Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Currently, only one shipping method may be selected per order.
How long does my package take to arrive at its destination?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays (click here for more details). Orders which contain items shipped directly from our supplier follow a unique shipping schedule. Please click here for more details.
Does PaulaDeenStore.com service international destinations?
Currently, PaulaDeenStore.com ships to addresses in the United State, US Territories served by the US Postal Service and to APO/FPO addresses.
What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories? We offer three shipping methods for packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (two shipping methods to other US territories) at the prices listed in the table above. However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories for items shipped directly from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
What if I have an APO or FPO address? One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses at the prices listed above. Delivery times vary from what's indicated during checkout, and it typically takes up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses for items shipped directly from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
All shipping methods except Next Business Day are available for shipments to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes for items shipped directly from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
To which US territories does PaulaDeenStore.com ship? Currently we ship to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia (Micronesia), Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or US Territories for items shipped directly from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
How does shipping work for non-perishable items shipped directly from supplier? PaulaDeenStore.com will work with the supplier to ship certain items directly to you. Shipments that include non-perishable items shipped directly from our supplier should ship within 7 to 14 business days after you place your order. Expedited, Express and Next Day Shipping options are not available for these items. If you have additional items in your shipment, they will arrive separately via Standard Shipping. If you would like to have the additional items in your shipment sent via a different shipping method, a separate shipment must be created. Shipping costs are calculated according to our Standard Shipping rate schedule that is based on the entire value of your shipment. Currently we ship these items within the Continental US. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping of these items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
Please note – while we will make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, PaulaDeenStore.com cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. To reduce the possibility of the late arrival of a shipment, shop early!
Why are there multiple shipping charges shown in my shopping cart? We offer a wide variety of merchandise some of which ships directly from other suppliers, as a result there may be more than one shipping charge applied to your order.
